Philip Masikale is a Health Surveillance Assistant (HSA) at Kasiya Under-Five Clinic in Traditional Authority Wimbe in Kasungu. He is married with two boys. When he arrived at Kasiya Clinic, he was given a house that had no toilet. So, his family and other health workers along with clients, were using the same toilet at the clinic.
